Brake Master Cylinders

The brake master cylinder is a control device that converts non-hydraulic input pressure from the driver, to hydraulic pressure that in turn operates dedicated wheel cylinders or calipers.

LMB produces various brake master cylinders for both light and heavy duty applications and in materials that include cast iron as well as aluminium alloys.

All pistons are high carbon steel, hardened and centerless ground or hard   anodized aircraft alloy T6082.

Sizes range from 17.46 mm to 42.86 mm.

 

Wheel Cylinders

Wheel cylinders are components in a drum brake system. Their main purpose is to exert hydraulic pressure from the brake master cylinder onto brake shoes to slow down or stop a vehicle.

LMB produces various wheel cylinder for both light and heavy duty applications in materials that include cast iron as well as aluminium alloys as per O.E. specifications or customer requirements.

Pistons are hard anodized T6082 or hardened and centerless ground high carbon content steel.

Sizes range from 12.7 mm to 50.8 mm.

 

Caliper Pistons & Hardware Kits

Caliper pistons in a brake system squeeze the brake pads against the rotors to slow or stop a vehicle.

LMB currently produces various caliper pistons for light & heavy duty applications in hard chrome plated steel for O.E. replacement.

Caliper springs and hardware kits are stainless spring steel or galvanized steel respectively.

Clutch Master Cylinders

The clutch master cylinder is a control device that converts non-hydraulic input pressure from the driver, to hydraulic pressure that in turn exerts pressure on the clutch slave cylinder.

LMB produces various clutch master cylinders for both light and heavy duty applications and in materials that include cast iron, aluminium alloy as well as PA66+GF glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66.

Clutch Slave Cylinders

A clutch slave cylinder is mounted externally on a vehicle’s transmission and its main purpose is to exert hydraulic input pressure from the clutch master cylinder and operate the clutch fork.

LMB produces various clutch slave cylinders for both light and heavy duty   applications and in materials that include cast iron, aluminium alloy as well as PA66+GF glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66.

 

 

Hydraulic Clutch Release Bearings

The hydraulic clutch bearing or concentric slave cylinder is positioned around the driveshaft and eliminates the need for a clutch fork. Additionally it fulfills the same job as an external clutch slave cylinder.

LMB produces hydraulic clutch bearings for light and heavy duty applications in various materials as per O.E. specifications.

All products are assembled with LMB seals as a stringent requirement and  according to the clutch fluid used.

Seals & Repair Kits

Cylinder seals are the among most important components in any brake system.

Therefore LMB produces the highest quality sealing EPDM solutions to the highest O.E. specifications for direct replacement. Other materials can be  manufactured as per customer request.

 

Seals For Mineral Oil Applications

LMB produces a complete range of seals and all other related rubber parts for brake and clutch applications in NBR and HNBR compounds.

These seals can be recognized due to their green colour.
